Diversity at Blake Morgan:
At Blake Morgan, our aim is to make a difference for our clients, our people and our communities. We work to ensure that we recognise, support and promote the wide-ranging talents we have within our business, through ensuring that our environment is one that listens, and one where everyone can reach their fullest potential. Our job is to remove barriers to success, and create a platform that enables our people and their talents to drive forward the success of our firm.
That’s why we pledge to:
- Contribute to a working environment that is without discrimination, accessible, comfortable, healthy, well maintained, welcoming, and free of harassment, victimisation and bullying.
- Demonstrate and share a commitment to valuing equality and diversity, and develop attitudes and behaviours that support this.
- Challenge what is considered to be unacceptable behaviour, be pro-active with regard to equality and diversity, and take personal responsibility to promote good practice and create change.
At Blake Morgan LLP, we celebrate the strength found in diversity, nurture equality and foster an inclusive environment where every voice matters. It is not just a goal, but a shared commitment, empowering every person within the firm to shape our collective success.

Diversity and inclusion is not about making everyone the same – we are all born different; but we are nevertheless of equal value. That being said, I am only too aware of the tendency in society to focus on the negative points of difference, not the positive, which in turn undermines confidence and aspiration in all but the most strong minded “different” individual.
I want Blake Morgan to be a firm that promotes aspiration for all, seeks to overcome challenges posed by the needs of diverse members of our community and gives everyone a voice to drive change in our organisation.
Why join us?
We want our people to be their best and to be happy and fulfilled at work. It’s that simple.
It’s why we’re known for our open, friendly and supportive working environment. It’s why we focus on straight-forward and transparent communications and processes.
It’s why we talk a lot about ‘making a difference’ whether that’s for our clients, our communities or our people.
When you join Blake Morgan, you can expect to work hard of course, but you can also expect to be part of a team that pulls together and works towards a common goal; you can expect to be trusted and respected for your professional knowledge and expertise whichever part of the firm you work in; you can expect to have the resources and flexibility you need to get the job done well; and you can expect to have fun.
You’ll be joining a firm that is dedicated and determined in pursuit of success for its clients; which supports its people to build careers and realise their full potential; and which is committed to giving back to its local communities and to providing volunteering and funding for local charities.
