Our Website provides information on our services (Services) and facilitates the connection between our members, professional ambassadors (mentors) and supporters. The term “you” or “your” refers to any such user or other viewer of our Website, whether as a guest or registered user.

Mentor-Member Engagement:

  • Members and Mentors shall engage in coaching, mentorship and career guidance in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner.
  • Mentors shall exercise good judgment when engaging in coaching, mentoring or providing career guidance and shall provide honest guidance based on their professional expertise and experience, maintaining a supportive and constructive approach.
  • Members shall actively participate in the mentorship process, show respect for their Mentor’s time and expertise, and be receptive to feedback and advice.

Respectful Communication:

  • Members and Mentors shall communicate with each other in a respectful and courteous manner, refraining from any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive language.

Confidentiality:

  • Members and Mentors shall respect the confidentiality of any sensitive or confidential information shared during the mentorship relationship, including any special categories of personal data.
  • Mentors shall not disclose any confidential information obtained through the mentorship relationship to unauthorized parties, unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the Member.
  • Members and Mentors must not use automated transcription tools (including but not limited to Otter, Trint, Descript, Temi and Rev) to transcribe, record, or capture information shared during online calls without the explicit consent of all parties involved.

Reporting Misconduct:

  • Members and Mentors are encouraged to report any violations of the Code of Conduct or any concerns regarding inappropriate behaviour to us.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website and in the content and material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property rights, laws, and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.  You must not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any of the content from our Website without our prior written permission.
