Diversity at Dechert:

Affinity Groups: Open to all Dechert personnel, Dechert’s affinity groups and committees build community and promote an inclusive culture within the firm. These groups support the development and retention of members of Dechert’s community while also educating our colleagues about various backgrounds. The groups have undertaken initiatives that include mentoring circles, seminars and workshops available to all Dechert colleagues, as well as community advocacy and pro bono efforts.
