I was part of the original team that opened the Weil office in 1996 and set up the Structured Finance practice. In those days, moving from Magic Circle to a US firm was unheard of. What attracted me to Weil, and what keeps me here to this day, is the camaraderie of our people and the entrepreneurial spirit which enables people from all backgrounds to shine and do well. As someone who attended a state school in South London, I’m passionate about inclusion and social mobility. I’m delighted to be a member of the Weil London Inclusion Steering Committee and chair our social mobility network group, Belong@Weil.
