Profile:

I am a partner in the Financial Services Group at Dechert LLP.

I focus my practice on investment funds (emphasizing private equity, debt and hedge funds), establishing and restructuring international asset management businesses, corporate and commercial transactions in the asset management sector and general UK financial services regulation.

Before joining Dechert, I worked for Slaughter and May for six years and before that worked in healthcare law. I am committed to diversity in the profession because virtually every single transaction I work on is international in nature and involves people from different backgrounds and countries of origin. Our internal talent should fully reflect this.

Our long-standing partnership with Aspiring Solicitors has enabled us to hire more diverse talent by providing a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
