Profile:

Anjon is a partner at the law firm Hill Dickinson LLP and specialises in all aspects of construction and engineering law. His clients include some of the UK’s leading construction companies, major developers and specialist sub-contractors. Excellent at building relationships with key contacts, Anjon’s reputation is built on putting his clients’ interests first and pulling out all the stops to achieve cost effective and speedy outcomes.

Anjon was born in Hull, his parents having emigrated to the UK from India in the 1960’s. He qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and over the last 25 years has worked at three law firms. He spent 8 years at his first law firm and was the only lawyer in the practice from an ethnic minority background. In his second law firm, where he worked for 18 years, he became the firm’s first ever lawyer from an ethnic minority background to be promoted to partner level (a position he held for 15 years). These experiences complemented his approach to clients as he aimed to provide a level of service which stood him apart from his peers.

In 2022, Anjon joined Hill Dickinson LLP. At this stage of his career, he would welcome the chance to share his experiences and to help the next generation of lawyers from all backgrounds achieve their goals.
