Profile:

I attended a local grammar school in Devon before studying Classics at Oxford. I then decided to move into a career in law. After a vacation scheme at Travers Smith, I was taken on as a trainee. I have now worked in our corporate, tax and financial services and markets departments.

Diversity is essential to any workplace and whilst areas of the city (including Travers Smith) are working hard to improve, there is still some way to go. I do not believe that the responsibility for improving access should fall only on those from more ‘diverse’ backgrounds and I would like to help improve access in any way I can.
