I am currently an Associate at DLA Piper. Being the daughter of first-generation immigrants and the first in my family to attend university, I did not even know what a training contract was before starting University.
Diversity in the legal sector is so important in ensuring law firms are reflecting the world they operate in and meeting the complex and diverse problems presented by clients. This is even more important for global law firms who operate internationally and service a wider range of clients.
