Profile:

I am head of Northridge’s betting and gaming practice and the firm’s first female partner. I was the first person in my family to pursue a career in law and had a slightly different route into the profession, initially completing the Bar Vocational Course, then completing paralegal work at three different firms in order to requalify as a solicitor. I am a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion group and involved in graduate recruitment, which has helped me to understand the challenges faced by aspiring solicitors from less “traditional” backgrounds. I strongly believe in the importance of a diverse workplace and am keen to support individuals from a range of backgrounds to reach their potential.
