Profile:

I am from Vietnam and I moved to the UK at the age of 15 to complete my education and attend university. I was drawn to London in particular because of how open, diverse and busy it was as a city. The city itself helped shape my desire to pursue commercial law as a career. Commercial law requires the application of analytical thinking to the ever-changing economic and legal landscapes and I find that a very interesting challenge for someone of my backround and skillset.

I strongly believe that all professions including law would benefit tremendously from greater diversity.  As the world becomes more connected, business challenges become more complex and clients look to lawyers to provide more sophisticated advice. Such depth of advice is often better achieved by a team with members who have different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds. Going forward, I want to help make diversity in the profession the norm and not just a goal.
