Profile:

I started off as a trainee solicitor at a large regional firm after many years of trying (and failing) to secure a contract with a firm. I then decided to make the move to the City due to the pull of my clients and work. I now head up the firm’s white collar crime team, which touches on instructions nationally and globally. Diversity and inclusion is something that is close to me given that I was not born in this country and saw, at first hand, the barriers that workplaces put up that prevent individuals from ethnic/disadvantaged backgrounds become a better version of themselves. I am keen to break down these barriers and ensure a positions are given on merit and not due to backgrounds.
