Profile:

I am currently a Supervising Associate in the Corporate team at Simmons & Simmons. I advise on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, with a particular focus on transactions by or involving listed corporates. This includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, UK Listing Rules transactions, equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory matters.

I act for a wide variety of clients, including corporates, investment banks, funds and private equity sponsors. I joined S&S in 2023 from the corporate M&A team of Clifford Chance and I have also spent time on secondment to the M&A legal team of a FTSE 100 company. Prior to Clifford Chance, I completed my Training Contract at a US law firm.
