Profile:

I studied law at Oxford Brookes University, completed the LPC at The College of Law and trained at Nabarro LLP (now CMS). My career has not always followed a traditional path and has included periods working in the magic circle, west end, outside of London and also briefy on a part-time basis after maternity leave. I am now a Senior Associate at BCLP and am happy that this will be my home for the foreseeable future!

I am a trainee supervisor and also involved in trainee recruitment because I enjoy nurturing and developing aspiring solicitors but also because, as a black woman, I strongly believe that my visibility in the legal profession will help aspiring solicitors to feel a sense of belonging in a profession that is not always diverse or inclusive.
