My diversity networks

Profile:

I am a Future Trainee Solicitor at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and am currently studying the GDL at the University of Law’s Guildford campus. I will commence the LPC at BPP University in 2021 before beginning my training contract at Gibson Dunn’s London office in August 2022.

I graduated from the University of Nottingham in July 2020 where I read Hispanic Studies. At Nottingham, I graduated with First Class Honours and a Distinction in Spoken Spanish. For my third year, I completed a year abroad where I worked as a legal intern at a law firm in Madrid, Mariscal Abogados, before studying at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina.

I have been incredibly fortunate to have had access to some fantastic opportunities both before and during my time at university. My experiences living in Europe and South America introduced me to a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds; it was these experiences that shaped my desire to work at an international law firm where I would be able to combine my love of languages with my interest in the commercial world.

I am well aware of how lucky I have been to receive guidance from various people in my pursuit of a training contract and now that I am on the other side of the process, I am determined to do my bit to give back and help other candidates in any way I can. I have experience at a number of law firms and feel that I am well-placed to offer guidance to those who are starting their training contract journey. As such, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding the application process or the legal industry more generally – I would be more than happy to answer them.
