I advise global companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth financings, corporate governance, and debt financings. I attended law school and began my career in the United States, but have been practising in the UK for nearly a decade.

I believe inclusion of diverse legal professionals and ideas is vital to strengthening the practice of law and advancing the interests of our clients because it encourages us to constantly challenge the way we look at problems and solutions. This often results in uncovering hidden problems and developing better solutions.
