Profile:

I am currently working as a litigation assistant in Kennedys’ Motor department. I have recently completed my Masters in Laws and awaiting my final LPC results. Prior to working at Kennedys, I gained vast amounts of work experience via Aspiring Solicitors and through my university’s pro bono network. I have completed work experience with firms such as DWF, Slater & Gordon and the Crown Prosecution Service. I am the first generation in my family to study Law and make a career out of it. I am also a prize winner of the most contribution to my law school during my studies. I have also completed my role as a Law mentor at my university. Diversity and inclusion is important to me as I am British Asian and Muslim by faith. My parents migrated to the UK to provide me and my siblings better education opportunities. It is encouraging to see people from different backgrounds in a fast paced global firm like Kennedys that not only supports but encourages growth to all backgrounds with equal opportunities. Having a good balance of diverse individuals promotes fresh ideas and promotes a welcoming work ethic. I have had experiences where I was not offered equal opportunities because of my background, which is why diversity and inclusion in important to me. This is something that is highly promoted and celebrated at Kennedys.
