My diversity networks

Profile:

I am an Associate at Linklaters’ Dispute Resolution practice in London. During my training contact at Linklaters, I completed seats in Corporate, Banking and Disputes, and a secondment to the firm’s Dubai office. I obtained my law degree from National Law University, Jodhpur (India) and received Vice-Chancellor’s Gold Medal (Best Overall Student). After graduation, I joined one of India’s premier law firms – Shardul Amarchand Managaldas before moving to London for my training contract.

Diversity is very important in bringing different perspectives and ideas to any profession. However, several visible and invisible entry barriers exist in terms of entering the legal profession. Equal opportunity and mentorship are key to breaking these barriers and encouraging diversity. I am keen on providing mentorship to law students/graduates and working with them to to realise their objectives.
