Without support from AS, I would not have been able to identify or navigate the faux pas in the legal recruitment process. AS truly embody the concept that there are no stupid questions, that the legal industry has capacity to encourage diversity and that it’s better off embracing diversity too. I firmly believe that I would never have been able to secure a training contract without guidance from AS on how to demonstrate to firms that I am good enough.”
