The Aspire workshops and bespoke 1-2-1 mock interview helped me gain invaluable knowledge from graduate recruitment experts in preparation for vacation scheme and training contract applications.
Alongside Aspire, I was fortunate enough to be invited to an AS corporate mentoring scheme. Speaking to partners and associates from elite global firms about current affairs gave me a greater understanding of how commercial awareness is applied in practice.
Both these AS programmes helped build my confidence in the application process and improve my commercial awareness. I was also able to apply these skills in the AS Commercial Awareness Competition (CAC), where I was lucky enough to each the Grand Final. The CAC gave me a unique platform to demonstrate different abilities in front of elite global firms and, ultimately, be invited to vacation scheme assessment centres with sponsoring firms.
