Event details

Our Virtual Diversity Law Fairs (VDLFs) give diverse candidates from around the UK the opportunity to speak to a number of our partner law law firms who are committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession. Each participating firm will be represented by lawyers, graduate recruitment teams and trainees. This will be the fourth year of our VDLFs and they have been a resounding success in previous years.

What can I expect?

If you sign up now, you will be:

  • Invited to a coaching session in advance of the VDLF
  • Able to select the type of firms you want to speak to in advance
  • Placed in small groups to have meaningful conversations with firms
  • Able to apply for other AS opportunities in 2024

When are the VDLFs?

The Non-Russell Group VDLFs will be on the 25 September and 7 October 2024 (from 9.30am-3pm with an hour break for lunch). There are also two dates for Russell Group Law Fairs. The VDLF will be delivered virtually.
