I am delighted to have been awarded the All Star award for Individual Commitment to diversity and inclusion, however it is the result of a team effort. Sally Davies, the graduate recruitment team, partners, and other fee earners and colleagues have been instrumental in progressing the programmes that we have introduced to increase successful access to opportunities by those who are underrepresented within the firm. Having worked with Aspiring Solicitors since I joined the firm in 2015, it has been inspiring to work with an organisation that has been so instrumental in increasing diversity and inclusion across the wider sector. Whilst there is more to do, we are making progress and I am proud of the momentum that we have created, which is helping talented individuals pursue their dream careers.
