Diversity is essential to the whole legal profession. Therefore, Aspiring Solicitors has deliberately selected Founder Members who are passionate about promoting diversity and who represent a cross-section of the legal profession.
Aspiring Solicitors looks forward to a strong relationship with each of the Founder Members and is delighted that each Founder Member has committed to provide increased access, opportunity and assistance to aspiring solicitors from underrepresented groups.
Aspiring Solicitors will work with the Founder Members to provide workshops, talks, events and even legal work experience to aspiring solicitors from underrepresented groups. Details of these opportunities will be announced via the “News” tab as well as through social media.
The Founder Members will also be hosting the monthly Lawyers Lunches. Lawyers Lunches will provide aspiring solicitors from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to learn more about the firm and to network with current trainees and employees.
