TLT is committed to equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI). Our initiatives are led by a dedicated diversity and CSR leader alongside a team of experts, including an EDI manager.
EDI is one of four pillars and a core part of TLT’s CSR strategy. This is championed at the highest level by corporate partner Andrew Webber, who works with the equality and wellbeing forum to deliver events, training and discussions. The team ensures that TLT remains an open, welcoming and understanding environment for everyone in the firm, clients, potential employees and suppliers.
