I am a senior associate in the employment team at Simmons & Simmons. I focus on the financial services sector and have a particular interest in high value and sensitive whistleblowing and discrimination employment tribunal claims. I am also a regular speaker on diversity and inclusion matters, including gender pay reporting and gender balance.

I am state school educated, the first member of my family to go to university and am the first lawyer in my family. I grew up in South Wales before studying law at the University of Wales, Cardiff and my LPC at the University of West of England, Bristol. I have had a varied career including a training contract at Osborne Clarke, seven years at Allen & Overy and two in-house secondments to HSBC.

I am passionate about social mobility and, in particular, in expanding the opportunities open to those from less privileged backgrounds.

I have had some great mentors during my career. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think I could be helpful as you plan your own career.
