Multiple Sclerosis

A condition which can affect the brain and/or spinal cord, causing a wide range of potential symptoms, including problems with vision, arm or leg movement, sensation or balance.


Small, slight, but commonly used verbal and non-verbal actions or behaviours which, either intentionally or unintentionally, communicate a hostile or derogatory message to underrepresented groups and individuals.


The treatment of a particular person, group, or concept, such that they feel excluded or insignificant.


A traditional set of prayer beads, commonly associated with Tibetan Buddhism. Malas are generally used to count the number of times a particular mantra is repeated during Buddhist meditation. A shorter, more informal set of malas can also be worn on the wrist.
