‘TrowersIncludes – Equity, Diversity and Inclusion’

Trowers & Hamlins is proud of its diverse workforce and our commitment to equality and diversity is formalised into a powerful initiative known as “TrowersIncludes”, which runs through life at Trowers. TrowersIncludes brings together a network of groups made up of partners, fee-earners and support staff across all of our global offices and champions a range of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Our 10 employee networks are based on the protected characteristics as defined in the Equality Act 2010 (including gender, disability, race, religion and sexual orientation) and drive a full calendar of events as well as awareness raising on relevant issues.

The ED&I committee meets regularly and comprises the chair of each network as well as key individuals from across the business. In addition to working on specific projects, the Committee monitors and reviews the firm’s approach to equality and diversity in order to maintain a diverse and inclusive working environment.
