My diversity networks

Profile:

I am state school educated and the first member of my family to pursue a career in law. Having worked hard throughout my university life, I graduated with First Class Honours at City University London and was lucky enough to secure a scholarship to allow me to study the LPC. I then joined Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP as a paralegal in 2015. I worked as a paralegal for over two years before I commenced my training contract at the firm in 2018. I am currently an associate in the employment department.

Promoting diversity is important to ensure that the legal profession reflects the population it aims to serve. The profession still struggles with diversity and equality in the workplace and I would like to help in any way I can to support people who are under privileged but are nevertheless hard workers; to help make law more accessible to people from all backgrounds.
