Profile:
I am a managing associate at Northridge with a focus on advising clients on a range of corporate, commercial and financing matters in the sports and entertainment sectors.
I completed a non-law undergraduate degree before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP. I trained at Slaughter and May and qualified into the corporate team before joining Northridge in July 2018. The focus of my practice is advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment transactions.
I have been fortunate to benefit from the guidance of a number of mentors and colleagues throughout my career and I enjoy opportunities to pass on the benefit of my experience for those wishing to enter the profession. I have seen that different backgrounds and diverse perspectives can enhance client service and am committed to ensuring that aspiring solicitors fulfil their potential.
