Profile:

I am an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group based in London.

I advise life sciences companies on licensing deals, manufacturing agreements, clinical trial agreements, and a broad range of medicinal product and medical device regulatory issues. I also advise on the commercial, intellectual property and regulatory aspects of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and IPOs.

I am a qualified pharmacist in Great Britain and prior to joining Goodwin, I worked in the Regulatory, Technical and Legal Affairs department at Chemidex Pharma Limited, and completed a legal internship at Roche Products Limited.

Diversity is important, especially in a workforce, because it increases creativity and drives innovation.
