Chief of Staff to PwC UK’s General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer | PwC
- Pregnancy and Maternity
- First Generation to University
I believe in bringing out the best in people, and this means standing behind social mobility and empowering people who don’t identify with privilege. I’ve seen the sacrifices my kind and brilliant mother has made, and I know first-hand the difference opportunity makes.
At 16 I entered university to study law and commerce, and completed my degrees working part time. I have spent most of my education on academic scholarship. I qualified as a lawyer and an accountant, and having chosen to pursue a legal career in a non-traditional environment, worked with PwC around the world and now find myself as the Chief of Staff to the UK Firm’s General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer – it’s an energetic and challenging role which I love. I have a full private life with many extra-curricular projects and passions, including our one year old daughter.
I am particularly interested in connecting with aspiring solicitors from a refugee and/or immigrant family background. Thank you for reading.
