Profile:

My legal journey and interest in diversity started at the University of Reading where I began my degree and first started volunteering for StreetLaw. StreetLaw is a programme whereby university students attend schools in deprived areas to teach about the law, the legal profession and university. I enjoyed giving some of these youngsters a vision and a hope for the future that university is not out of reach for anyone, and that the legal profession is not an unreachable path.

My interest in diversity has continued into my training contract which I commenced in September 2016. I’ve been part of the BeyondMe programme and One Firm One day where again I have spent time volunteering with underprivileged and lower income families and children helping to give them an insight into higher education and the legal profession.
